Care/Washing Instructions
Machine cold wash on a delicate setting (with like colors) to keep Ghiava items looking their best. Lay flat or hang dry is recommended.
Refunds & Exchanges
We will be happy to assist in any exchanges. Exchanges will only be allowed if the product / garment is returned in its original packaging and hasn’t been damaged or worn. Exchanges needs to be requested within 10 days of receiving the products. Exchanges are only possible if the item/s are still available on the website. End of season / sale items can not be exchanged.
Clients are responsible to return the package to our pickup point in Centurion, Pretoria at their own cost. (please email or DM for address and also to arrange a date and time) They are also responsible for the extra cost to have the new item/s delivered.
Should there be any incorrect item/s delivered, ghiava will arrange collection and delivery at our own cost.
Clients must inform us within 7 days of delivery if a product / garment is damaged or incorrect for a possible exchange.
We regret no refunds.
Policy
Products ship out within 2-4 business days of purchase. Please ensure that the address and contact number stated is correct when placing your order. Pre-orders for Ghiava women will be shipped within 2- 3 weeks of purchase.

Orders above R500 (excluding courier fee) will receive the gift box wrapping.
